UEFI Option Not Available

Could someone tell me why the T5500 Bios A18 is not showing the option to boot UEFI?

This option is not available or visible in the T5500 BIOS

In that case you're out of luck. The T5500 must only offer a legacy bios, since it's an older machine. Why do you need UEFI? An SSD drive should work under legacy. An NVME will not.

True on all 3 counts @me.myself.i.  The T5500 has Legacy BIOS and SSD's still work with Legacy.

Are you using a 64bit OS @rohanrus? If not, that's your problem.
