M3800 Bluetooth just non-existent
i have no Bluetooth and have no idea what to do about it, no it's not in device manager, yes I've selected hidden devices. I've tried installing a new one but don't know what to do or where to go. my Bluetooth has given up. help

Is there a Bluetooth card on your model ?
At the computer, Dell computers we put in what we want, we add, or remove components, it may be that your computer does not have a Bluetooth card.
You need to find your exact model which is not just Dell Precision M3800 there is a tag with the : Service Tag.It is this number that gives more exact information about the components of the computer.

Have you tried installing the Bluetooth drivers from this support page?
I am not a Dell employee...I am forum volunteer
