Hi,

I'm using the latest windows 11 Pro version, also all my drivers/firmware are updated (just to be sure I downloaded and installed all my drivers/programs/firmware in the support webpage for this laptop)

I have a problem with the LED of my keyboard, the LED that shows if the microphone is on-off, and the numlock and caps lock LEDs.

Sometimes, when I turn on the laptop the capslock and numlock works fine (if they are lit, then the numlock and caplocks are ON), when that happens the F4 keys that controlls the microphone works.

Other times, numlock and caplocks don't work BUT the F4 (microphone) LED works.

Any idea? For sure it has to be a software or firmware problem.

PD: The keys work fine, the turn on-off the microphone, capslock and numlock it's just the LED.

Please help!
