My 922 printer keeps requesting OCR software ( I have lost original Driver Cd but have downloaded Driver from Dell) How Do I get this to work properly, or do I indeed need it anyway?
this seems to be a fairly common problem with the 922's after a while. mine won't let me scan text for editing because it says i need to install the software from the CD, which I have already done. It still won't work.
