Hi all,

Until recently my Dell AIO 924 printer offered the option to print in grayscale.  Now in the print preferences section, the grayscale box has totally disappeared.  I don't know how to get it back as I've racked my brain this morning so I thought someone here might be able to help.  I appreciate any suggestions/help as I am desperate to print in black and white and not color all the time.  Thanks! PS I recently put in a new black and white cartridge but I don't think that is the problem.  Perhaps a driver update I did?
