Problem with A962 printer
I bought this printer about 1.5 years back. It has been printing, faxing and scanning very well.
I was trying to fax a document recently. When I switched on the power cable the lights on all the 3 modes (scan, copy, fax) started blinking. There was no light in the power button. Pressing the power button did not help. The lights kept on blinking. The problem continues even now. I checked the troubleshooting guide and manuals, but there is no mention of this problem. Has anyone in this forum had such a problem? Were you able to resovle it? Please help.

Thank you for your response. I tried the troubleshooting steps, but I still cannot resolve the problem.The power supply is not a problem, since I can see all 3 lights (copy, sacn & fax) blinking at the same time in 1-sec interval. Usually, the light near the power switch will be on when connected to power, but this light is off even when it is connected, instead the 3 mode buttons keep on blinking. The top portion of the LCD screen shows rectangular blocks (just like in any electronic device to show the digits/letters).Please let me know if you have any suggestions.Thanks,paridhimalparidhimal
