My v313w printer connected w/USB cable, stopped printing color. (Black only) Replaced both ink carts. Still only got Blk. Pulled print head..cleaned nozzles and contacts reseated carts..unplugged for 10 secs. still get  "Theres a problem with the print head consult user's guide" on the printer screen. I'm stumped??  Its a XPS400 XPpro Sp3 Build2600 32bit ie8 cypher strenth 128-bit    I assume I need a new Print Head ??  Thanks oheyec
