Whenever i attempt to open an existing .mny file, Money 2004 gives the error "Money has encountered a problem and needs to close."    WITH THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:  AppName: msmoney.exe /  AppVer: 12.0.0.613 /  ModName: mspfctl0.dll /  ModVer: 12.0.0.613 /  Offset: 00018412

I have reinstalled Money 2004, but i get the same error.  Tried the Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 838216 suggestion with no success.
I CAN setup a new account, but whenever i do, i can go all the way until Money says that i have completed setting up my new account, then i recieve the same error message again.

Please Help
