Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with the My Dell application (previously Dell Optimizer/SupportAssist). I used to have four main sections, including Power Optimization, Audio, and Applications. Now, only the Color and Display option is showing.
Additionally, every time I open My Dell, I get the “Help us improve MyDell” window asking for my consent to data collection, even though I have already responded to it before.
This started after a recent Dell update. I would like to know how to restore all the options I had before and how to prevent this consent window from appearing every time I launch the program.
