You need to find out which device is causing this issue. For this you can login to iDRAC GUI, traverse to Hardware Inventory page and expand each devices to find one with Bus Number 152, Device Number and Function number 0. If this is add on device then you can remove this card and check the behavior. You can also update BIOS, iDRAC and device FW to latest and see whether that make any difference. 

I have this error pointing to a Boss card on bus 152, but also A fatal error was detected on a component at bus 151 device 2 function 0., where no device is listed in the TSR
