Unfortunately the R740XD2 does not have an option for a sliding rail kit as the rail kit for the server is more like a shelf whereas the sliding rail kits require lugs on the side of teh server chassis in order to attach. I am assuming this is done due to the weight of the server when fully populated with hard drives.
