I have a Demension 2400 with a Sony CDRW drive. I load any cd and the drive acts like it is reading it but nothing happens. I used Windows Explorer to look at it.  It sees the drive but no contents. No label either. I tried another drive and have the same problem. I changed the cable on it and no change. There are no error messages popping up. I tried toggling DLA...no change.

Can anyone help please.
