CD burning error
I've already tried to resolve this problem with Dell tech support, they sent me a new drive and it hasn't changed anything...
I have been trying to burn jpeg images to a cd-r through Sonic DigitalMedia LE v7. When I get to the error message screen and press advanced, this is what I get:

Hi JZ,
Tech should have you reinstall your Sonic program and also run the Dell article on the Upper & Lower Filters. (Section 12, article 10 of the CD/RW link in my post). Have you tried either of those?
