just got a new dell 530 and tried to install a game but drive isnt working at all.checked properties and it says that the driver wasnt loaded properly or missing 39 something.any help would be great.cheers

Please go to the FAQ at the top of this forum and look for the article on a "code 39 error". That should fix this.
