Hard drive failed in a inspiron 5558, service tag .  Daughter did not make a usb recovery image.  She bought a new drive.   I put in the service code and found link for OS recovery tool.  When I run it, I don't get the page to put in service tag, etc.  I get this screen.

When I hit install, I get this:

What do I need to do to get the operating system installed on the new hard drive.
