The 'Clean files' part of SupportAssist gets to 55% complete ('Checking for unnecessary application log files...') and never gets any further. I have fully-up-to-date Windows 11. I am running the most recent version of Support Assist (v. 3.13.2). My pc is a Latitude 7520.
