UNSOLVED
The specified license file is invalid. (Error Code:0x2800120)
I have downloaded Unity VSA 5.3 licence ,when we upload, I get an error popup "The specified license file is invalid. (Error Code:0x2800120)". downloaded XML file later we have converted into .lic file still we getting this popup.
I have try deploy 5.3.0 , 5.3.1

You will need to call phone support and talk to the licensing team. 800-782-4362, Option 4, Option 4

Thanks for your question.
5.3 should use an XML file not a lic file. Have you tried generating a new license file?
