I'm getting this message, 'MicroSoft Internet Explorer has enconutered a problem and needs to close' when I attempt to get into Comcast email and the Netscape home page. I've run Adaware, Spyboot, Sysclean, and CWShredder (all with the latest updates) eleminating any problems. Adaware, Sysclean and Spyboot were run in safe mode with the restore option turned off. I am also running with the selective start up option turned on.

I also had to uninstall Norton Internet Security 2005 (NIC) due to Nmain error in ASCOMPBR.DLL and system hangs (no response).

Is creating a Hijackthis log the next step? I can provide more information if you need it.
