Hi,

 

Recently I became infected with a program which caused fake error messages and hijacked my web browser.  The fake error messages tried to redirect me to various websites.  Also on startup, 3 shortcut icons were placed on the desktop.  I tried many things (installed windows one care and stopzilla but could not find the files)  I also ran hijack this and read several other forums (did not post log) but did not feel comfortable following the procedures.  I eventually did a system restore dated about a week ago and everything seems to be alright now...but I am afraid I still have remenants of the infection.  I have also lost stopzilla and one care.  Here is my current hijack this log....please let me know if I need to do anything else???
