I opened a ticket to EMC. They are maneul gived access for all host. I think problem on EMC unisphere.Probably, database is corrupt on emc.

If you want i can share with how you can create manuel?. I was give access with shell to my all hosts.

I have the same problem, i check Iscsi, communication, LUN ...... The VNX lost communication with Vcenter, but the datastore is OK. I can't change mapping and add storage.Thanks

Yes, running 2.4.0 version. I m waiting to EMC support to solve.

Are you running on 2.4.0 firmware? I'm having same issue when adding new host to VNXe.

EMC support suggested that I remove all VMWare hosts from Unisphere, wait for 5 minutes and then add hosts back. I'm going to do that at Friday night if possible, will report back results.

I had the same problem yesterday. I've tried many things without any result. I've opened a ticket with EMC support and it is still open.

I saw the last answer during the night (i'm french, 8 hours offset), and try the solution in Primus without result.

I have the same config : 2.4.0 firmware, and VMware ESXi 5.1.

With the primus, my host is now well registred, but I can't still do the LunMasking.

Follow to Nikovirta's link. This is correct solution:)

I cut down IO to VNXe, removed all VMWare hosts from VNXe, waited 5min and after that I was able to add them all back and give all of them access to datastores I wanted, including hosts that I couldn't add before this.

I recently encountered this issue. Resolved by removing iSCSI port bindings setting in iscsi storage adapter settings. . Binding can be re-added after datastores are mounted.
