Facing hard drive failure issue occasionally. Below mentioned problems are facing (step by step):
#1: WiFi disappears suddenly while working (showing driver not found).
#2: System freezes after some time of WiFi issue.
#3: On 'shutdown' taking too much time in "Waiting for process: wpa_supplicant".
#4: When reboots showing disk failure in 'swap' partition, and asking to run fsck.
#5: After running 'fsck' working fine for some time (15 - 60 mnts). After that again these steps are occurring.
Note : While wake up from sleep mode, also facing this problem.
Previously this issue totally corrupted my 1TB HDD and whole data. Then I changed HDD to new SSD. After 2 months these problems are again happening.
Kindly help me to trouble shoot this issue.
