vWorkspace Desktop Optimizer issue ??

Hi All...

just ran the Optimizer on a Win7 64bit VDI ( loca admin account )...got a error PopUp

Run-time error '242'

Object Required

any idea's !!! ...defo running the "exe" file and not the ZIP download

Are you using UAC?, can you try 'run as Administrator'?

yes..."run as administrator" option seem to work , will check the results soon

Hi Prit

Did you run as administrator. You need to do this even if you are using a admin account
