After each use of my Dimension 5100 I am having problems shutting down with the ccApp. It is not closing correctly and must wait for it to end the program.

I am running WindowsXP (home edition).

 I did find older messages about it but I could not find a solution. I have gone to the Symantec website (ccapp) is Norton Anti Virus but the solution for the problem on the site did not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
