On occasion, my cursor will just freeze.  It doesn't happen often (once or twice a week), but when it does, it happens at the wrong time.  SOMETIMES if you wiggle the mouse for about two minutes, it comes back to life, but most of the time you are left to navigate with the keyboard and reboot.  Is this Software or hardware Failure???



NOTE:   The cursor does act up very often.  Maybe every-other day, it will start skipping around (it's not a smooth scroll, it will jump one or two inches across the screen)  and is very choppy.  IT IS VERY ANNOYING, but will go away after 10 minutes or so.

ALSO NOTE:  The occurances are completely random.  It doesn't occur when there are too many programs running, or when I open up certain programs.  It just happens out of the blue...
