Hi: I have a Dell SmartStep100D, and wanted to add additional RAM. I purchased and installed a 256MB SDRAM PC133 133 MHz Ultra Memory Upgrade in the slot that held my original 128MB board. I was told at the store this was a "compatible" board , but I am not a computer person, so I tried to find my computer manual on line, but found no way to get installation instructions on line for my system. After installing the 256 Board, I plugged the 128 Board into the second slot, but my computer only recognizes the 128 RAM memory. What am I doing wrong? Can you lead me to an "on line" instruction page, or email that info to me? It should be a simple "plug in" installation, but right now I'm very frustrated. Thanks, george
