Log on message "Windows blocked start programs" Why? What does it mean?
I'm a new user. Have no idea what I'm doing. My problem is this:
Every time I turn on my Dell notebook running vista I get a message saying some of the "start programs were blocked. . ." I have no idea what that means, but how do I stop that message.? It's a pain in the neck.
