Hi,  I just completed a fresh installation of XP Home edition on a Dell Dimension 2350.  I installed system drivers and started the MS updates process.  Installed all the security updates, explorer was working just fine, then after service pack 2 downloaded and installed explorer gives me a "cannot find page..." message.  I went to connections, lan settings, and checked "auto detect settings", still nothing.  The system is connected.  When I use application updates (spybot, adaware, norton...) they are able to download just fine.  Its just the browser that cannot find sites.  Anyone have this problem before updating XP?  I vaguely remember this happening to a friends system a while ago and after service pack 2 was uninstalled explorer started working just fine.  I don't want to do that.
