New encryption technology (drivers) release from Dell?
In one of my e-mail accounts I have received a notification correspondence claiming it is from Dell Notifications entailing new and updated encryption drivers and so on. Since I have seen a surge in spoofs claiming to be from respectable big name companies here lately I am considerably leery of clicking on ANY of it's contents.. My standard procedure is to bypass the e-mail and to go to a known and secure website or phone number etc. The problem is that I can't find any related info on the four items that they've listed. It's possible that there has been some sort of delay or oversite associated with this lack of references since all four items have release dates of 01/31/2022. Could you please verify and advise as to the authenticity of these new releases which I will list below so that I will have a better idea of how I need to process this e-mail and information?

I'm sorry but the question that I have asked doesn't refer to an issue that I'm having with my PC, it has to do with the validity of an e-mail that I received. I only listed the drivers that were reported in the body of the e-mail so that you would have a relative point of reference as I couldn't find a reference to them at the time that I posted this. It was my impression that you would obviously have a more dynamic access to the database to look them up or even personal knowledge of said drivers or even the development program they were being designed under.. Verifying the existence of the drivers or related material would by proxy to some degree verify the e-mail. Although I would still tend to browse to the download page myself rather than click an e-mail link.
Respectfully, I don't see that you actually have a need for the service number of my PC, which is no longer factory, in order to respond to the query I've posed.. Especially since the data you are requesting is attached to my profile within your system...
Please clarify the nature of your request?
