Question about Windows Areo

Will this graphics card supports Vista's Areo affects? Like the flip thing and all that.

I know that this is not my Post but its the same question. I bought my new Dell E-510 with 1GB of ram, Dual Core but I don't do games. I want the Aero effects from Vista.
My Graphic card is ; GRAPHICS, X300, SERVER ENHANCED, RADEON X300/X550 Series I believe. Everything seems fine for Vista, just wondering what Graphic Card I need to get.
