Reinstall windows 7 Inspiron N5040
I have problem reinstall Windows 7 on my laptop.
When try download windows 7 from Microsoft website have error below.
The product key you entered appears to be software preinstalled by device manufacturer
Where can i download Windows 7 iso compatible with Inspiron N5040 ?

You can only Download Windows 10 TH2 from Microsoft. You can clean install Windows 10 TH2 using your Windows 7 OEM product key:

You can't as far as I know. You have to get the recovery discs from Dell as Microsoft is making it more and more difficult to get Windows 7.
