That is done with a script.

You can defeat it in a couple ways:

Copy the URL and paste it in:

Tools--internet options--security
Click on "Restricted Sites" And enter the URL to the restricted sites list (You can remove it later if you have problems)

OR, in internet options--security--Internet Zone--
Click "customize". In the list,find "active scripting" and check "disable" Then Click OK, YES, OK.

This has nothing to do with your Operating System or IE. This is a Java Script Applet/Scriptlet web designers use to disable the right click option on their web pages. You can check this link and you'll know how they disable the right click(try right-clicking on this site).
