Spiderbite
I've run Spider software on both user sides of XP. Scanned the whole drive as suggested. Spider comes back and says it failed on 12 items. There are 6 URL's and 6 document and settings index.dat files that it cannot "fix". Any suggestions???? I was led to believe Spider would work in XP.

I replied in the other thread where you posted this.
PS Further vto that answer, I've since realised that you are double clicking on Spiderbite.exe. Wrong file! Double clkick on Spider.exe.

Open SPIDER.HLP file as it shows for NT & Explorer 5. ?
