This week on both my laptops , i received  windows popup message saying there would be some kind of recovery system upgrade. I do not recall receiving an email or warning that this was happening. SO i was disappointed when each attempt on both my laptops failed.

Can anyone tell me what is going on with this or signpost me to any details.
