System32\DRIVERS\pci.sys

I have a Latitude 600.  I am getting a message that I have a corrupt file - System32\DRIVERS\pci.sys.

It says to insert the setup disk and press "r" to try and repair.  I am not sure which disk this is.  I have inserted the "drivers and utilities" disk,, but nothing is coming up.  I have also tried the XP reinstallation disk, with no results.  Has anyone seen this problem and know what to do about it?  I don't want to lose the info on my hard drive.  I can't get past this screen.

Am I missing a disk that I should have?  Thanks!
