Is anyone else having trouble registering for the windows 7 upgrade?  I purchased a Studio Desktop 540 on July 20.  When I try to register for the update it tells me my system isn't eligible even though it is listed as eligible in the list and said it was eligible when I placed the order.  I tried calling support and have talked to multiple people in different departments and have not gotten anywhere.
