HTC EVO. No connectivity
HTC EVO. No connectivity
Just downloaded pocketcloud for HTC EVO and havings problems. trying to connect to home laptop. RDP 3389 says successful but VNC 5900 says failed. Also it is taking forever on the auto discorvery screen. nothing is showing up. please help!

I did exactly that and it still does not connect. its stuck on step 2 on my phone and yes i have installed the program on the laptop and yes i signed in with gmail on both. i also changed the remote settings as per the troubleshooting page.

Did you install PocketCloud Windows Companion on your PC? If yes, did you sign in with you Gmail Account into this Windows Companion?
Ones you do this, then you Launch PocketCloud on Android device and sign in with same Gmail account into Auto Discovery. You'll see your PC :-)
