Color Depth question

Running C10LE
Ver. 7.0.0_30

I have 7 different RDP servers to log into.
3 of them come up as colordepth = 16bit <- thats ok
The others come up colordepth = 8bit <- not good at all

We would rather have a color depth of 32bit, but cannot achieve this for some reason.
How can we achieve 16bit on all the servers.?

So here is the server layout and whether it is VMWare of real server.
