XPS 8940, help getting a missing graphics card

I ordered a xps 8940 from dell outlet and it's listed with a rtx 3070, which is the main reason for the purchase, I opened the computer when I received it and it did not have the graphics card. I have spoken to technical support and customer care and been transferred between departments at least 8-10 times, one of those times I was told I'd be conferenced with both departments to resolve the issue which resulted in another transfer and when I told the next representative to conference me with both departments, agreed then hung up. I really don't want to have to return this build but if I can't get what I was supposed to have in it it's an absolutely overpriced pc, with less value than the other one I purchased recently. I'm not really sure what to do at this point other than being forced to return it outright.

This is a user-to-user forum so we can't help solve this issue.

You'll have to keep working with Customer Cares. You could try reaching them on Twitter.

I'm still waiting on word about the processing if they'll be able to replace the computer but I believe the community helped nonetheless I'd say resolved since there's no more to do

Don't mess around with tech support.  Call and request return authorization ASAP

    I agree with @WSZsr

If you don't get an RMA within 21 days you cant send it back.

So I shouldn't try to get what I need? I've gotten to the point of getting approval for the exchange of a correct pc as I ordered but at this point it seems there's not much more that's happening I'm also concerned of running up my return window and getting forced to keep this in this state

@Zohabraham  It sounds like things are in progress if you've gotten approval for the exchange.

So you may just have to be a little patient, but since they've already agreed to start the exchange, you shouldn't have a time limit...
