Hi,

I purchased XPS 13 7390 (2in1) from Amazon recently. As this is quite an expensive machine expectations were very high. Issues I faced or still facing:

1- Bluetooth and Mouse lag issue, I already had 1.62 BIOS but faced this issue. No other update was available so      I flashed same BIOS again, it is resolved now.

2- I used this machine with a brand new BenQ monitor (which works flawlessly with a Dell 7300). Laptop is powered externally and display is set to never go to off mode and "do nothing if you close hinge" is turned on. But after some inactivity the monitor receives no signals from laptop. I do different tricks to bring the display back like opening the hinge, restarting laptop or cursing it.

3- Once I turned on the laptop and got an error message on the screen, I have taken a picture but cannot upload it here, message "SupportAssist was able to identify a possible issue with your system...

"Warning Message   Hard Drive- Not installed"

 

As this machine comes with storage already soldered this is a shock which will never let me trust this machine to store any important data though this is my primary personal machine.
