Are you able to let us know what model you have?

Try running the system diagnostic by pressing F12 during startup to get into the Boot Menu. The diagnostic should be in here. it will run through your hardware to see if there could be any issues. 

It could also be a Windows corruption if it passes the pre-boot checks. Try turning it on and do a hard shutdown by pressing the power button down for a few seconds. Do this 3-4 times and it should prompt the Windows Recovery options. If it is corrupted and it can't automatically repair itself then you may have to reinstall Windows and lose all your data so be careful what options you choose.
