Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private AW3423DWF Service Tag.
Since DDM 2.1.1.17 is not working, test the other versions found in the FAQ DDM (Dell Display Manager). Let us know if any of them work with your AW3423DWF.
