15 R2, Windows 10, PCI and USB issues
I had some issue using Linux where the USB keys got extremely warm.
Reinstalled Windows 10, updated, put Windows 10 firmware downloads onto it.
Running tests said that I had problems with USB, and PCI. Reinstalled drives for USB, that passes tests. PCI, still does not function correctly, but I suspect the computer basically works.
Thinking that latest Windows 10, and PCI Firmware don't work well together. ?????
Or if the MOBO is giving up on me. Is it even possible to obtain another MOBO for this?
The screen still looks good, and the battery seems to be holding up pretty well. This laptop fits my lifestyle pretty well. I have less powerful notebooks with little battery life. With smaller screens. I would like to use the A14 r2 for Qubes away from home.
any comments?
is it PCI driver incompatibility with Windows 10?
If Dell support is around, is it even possible to obtain a new MOBO for this, also guessing my older arthritic finger should not install the MOBO. How difficult is such an install.?

Your opening post seems to have found no hardware problems, so just needs to fix the windows operating system, firmware and drivers.

They will diagnose your laptop's problem and contact you with your options. They will always attempt to repair your existing parts before just replacing them, but if you do need parts replaced, we already have them in stock.
