17 R5, black screen
hii so when i turned the laptop on everything was fine but then the laptop screen started flickering a few seconds and turned black the external monitor still worked i tought lets turn the laptop off and on and now both screens are black the external monitor says no hdmi signal please help

hii i did the diagnostic and the screen worked for a minute and showed an error 20000133 no sufficient power then the screen went black and the power button showed 7 blue colors and 2 red colors wich means LCD failure . now i don't really know what to do
