m17 R1, I cant reset my pc

Hi,

Every time I try to reset my pc it keeps saying there was a problem and does not give me a reason.

Please Help

I'm afraid no-one will be in a position to give you a solution unless you tell us more details.

What OS? What drivers have you installed lately? e.t.c

Captain_o 's computer is an Alienware m17 R1.

We sent you some steps over private message a couple of days ago. Please be sure to look into them. Just for our own records. Is there a reason why you wish to reset the PC?
