    Hi,

Please use the following workaround to add the games:

    1. Open Alienware Command Center.
    2. Click "Add Title" on the Library page.
    3. Click "Browse", then select the installed game path.
    4. Click "Open", wait a few seconds, and refresh the Library page.

Important: Please let us know if this workaround is helpful or if the issue persists.

Steps to Ensure Your Games are Detected in Alienware Command Center (AWCC):

    1. Select "No beta chosen":
Open Steam, go to the Steam Settings > Interface, and ensure that "No beta chosen" is selected in the Client Beta Participation settings.

    2. Restart Steam:
After confirming the beta settings, restart the Steam client.

    3. Restart Your System:
For the changes to fully take effect, restart your computer.

    4. Check AWCC:
Once your system is back up, open Alienware Command Center (AWCC) and your games should now be detected.

@PauloHiram I have the same issue, I even got help from dell customer service and tried to do all the steps they  gave, none of it works. I think it needs a clean install of OS

Just for clarification, this didn't affect playing any of your games, right? I would hate for this to be a fatal AWCC bug.

Same is happening here. Alienware M16 R2. Never happened before, I have the machine since May. What is going on?

PS - The chosen answer above did not work at all.
