Hi, we have a three way MS SQL cluster that is currently using CommVault and their SQL agent to backup our SQL cluster.  I know backing up SQL DB's with two different products won't exactly work since they would be breaking the backup chains, I was wondering how others migrated from other products, if you basically just install the Avamar client and then disable the old software client, like CV, and enable the AV client and switch backup products at once basically.  And then if you need to restore from an older backup in CV, do you just enable that client temporarily for the restore?  Unfortunately I'm not a SQL person and our SQL admin just retired and nobody else really knows much SQL, so trying to figure this all out.  Thanks for any help.
