I have a situation where my management does not want queuing of backup jobs on a system. For example, we have multiple databases that run on the same system, so when the jobs kickoff at the same time then they have to wait for the first job initiated to complete processing through the agent/plug-ins before the next one starts.

I realize that it is not best practice, but is it possible to install multiple agents/plug-ins (such as RMAN) to avoid any queuing? If so would they have to be associated with different posts? How would such a setup be managed?
