AVM for celerra question
Hi Commuity,
I have a question about adding luns from a 6+1 SATA raid group. I have 3 raid groups that i will be adding LUNS to my dev celerra. AVM isnt picking up the drives and auto-configuring them. So my question is since the space requirements will grow dramatically what is my preferred option for configuring these drives? Should i make them slices and from that create my storage pools? Has anyone done this before?

if you dont see new dvols after runing a rescan its got nothing to do with AVM or pools
the first step is the Celerra recognizing the LUNs with a diskmark - AVM comes later

Ok, due to underwhelming response, let me modify my question.
What is the best practice to manually add a lun to a celerra? Anyone have a doc ?
