Hi All,

I need some help here...I believe that with FLARE code .30, we're able to use Analyzer for performance monitoring of our CX4s.

All good and well, but for the life of me I don't know where to get it enabled.

I used this link (https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-9278) which details it nicely, but  under Performance Charts, I get this message:

Performance charts are not available because Analyzer software is not installed on this storage system.

The FLARE version is 04.30.000.5.508.

How would I get this installed and configured correctly?
