PPDevice Prune Failure SC7020

Hi, hope anyone can help, what can I do with such warning?i have 3 for different ppdevices.
Any chance to understand what is current ppdevice?

executed raid rebalance for tier1, one of them changed to Prune in progress. After some time - failed again.

may be there is some workaround?..

like SC very much, but without support they become...very hard to understand. =(

    Hello Eugen-P,

There are many reasons as to why a pagepool device will not prune out. It is recommended to contact Support directly for an Engineer to do a remote session to work with you.

If you are not in  warranty, you can ask about a Post Standard Support contract to work the issue.

Unfortunately it is not possible to contact support... Even prosupportplus and optimize was payed for this system. I think you will understand, why. I'm not happy about it, but I have to do my job...

So the only thing I can now - ask for advice to find some workaround on public resources.

I tried to change dual-redundancy to single. It starts raid rebalance, but it fails. Started it many times. It allways fails even there is only 150mb of data in Tier1.

So I have the only way - move all data to another DELL SC via Live Volumes and try to rebalance raid in Tier1 whitout data, or reinitialize system..it makes me sad.. =(
